Cancellation & Modification

We accept order cancellation & modification within 1 business day.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already in production or shipped out.

After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.

Returns (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from WOWHOG.com for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days after receiving your product and we’ll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. This applies only to items purchased directly on WOWHOG.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product please let us know and we require a receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Conditions

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes.

2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to support@wowhog.com.

3. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

4. WOWHOG offers a 30 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.
